You’ll explore how your body moves, how your hormones and heart shape your energy, and how intuitive nourishment can bring you back into balance. You’ll leave with practical tools, a calmer nervous system, and a clearer sense of what your body needs.

Your Hosts

Louise Herzog

Founder of The South Wales Menopause Community and creator of MENOPT, Louise brings over twenty years of high‑performance leadership to her work. She blends behavioural science, human performance and HRV‑based wellbeing, using the latest Heart Rate Technology to strengthen resilience and emotional regulation. Her approach offers a fresh, forward‑thinking way to support hormones, energy and sustainable performance.

Julia Jones

Julia is an experienced Reiki practitioner and medium, known for creating calming, supportive spaces where people can soften and reconnect. Her work blends energy healing, meditation and spiritual connection to help release emotional tension and reset the nervous system. At the retreat, she’ll guide a restorative sound bath and meditation, share simple body‑connection techniques, and offer insight into why you’re drawn to certain crystals and how they can support your energy.

Izzy Garrett

Izzy is a Strength and Conditioning Coach specialising in women’s health, with a strong focus on sustainability and education. With academic research in exercise and PCOS, her approach is evidence-based and performance-driven. She supports women to train and fuel effectively through every stage prioritising long-term health, smarter decisions, and sustainable results over quick fixes.
