This Day Retreat offers a wide range techniques that benefit women experiencing the physical and emotional changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. Here’s what to expect:
Science: Understanding what happens to our mind and body from a scientific perspective helps us comprehend our triggers and symptoms and identify solutions for managing balance. Throughout the day, we will explore the science, nutrition, exercise, and alternative methods to get a hold of those symptoms!
Symptoms: We will explore holistic and alternative therapies like meditation and cold water, which can complement traditional medical treatments and help manage both heat and head symptoms.
Stress: Menopause can be a stressful time, with various symptoms and life changes taking place that can impact your heart. Using HRT (Heart Rate Variability) Technology, we will explore stress management activities and relaxation techniques, including breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to help alleviate some of this stress.
Self-Care: We encourage self-care and self-empowerment, offering guidance on your well-being to make positive lifestyle changes that can alleviate menopausal symptoms and improve overall health, including fitness, healthy eating, and mental health.
